Job Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases for targeted optimization. Optimize website content and structure to enhance visibility and relevance for target keywords. Perform technical SEO audits, addressing issues related to crawlability, indexing, site speed, and mobile-friendliness. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) to track progress and identify improvement areas. Collaborate with content creators, developers, and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website updates, content creation, and marketing campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools to continuously refine and enhance SEO strategies. Drive and execute App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to improve app visibility and conversion rates on the Play Store and App Store. Analyze and report app performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization. Qualifications : 4+ years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of measurable results through SEO initiatives. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO certifications) are highly desirable. Deep understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and ASO tools (e.g., App Annie, Sensor Tower). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Experience exclusively focused on SEO (not mixed with general digital marketing).
