Pureroot is looking for candidate holding expertise in both SEO and digital marketing.

Digital Marketing Expertise

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
• Proficiency in on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Strong understanding of keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, ).
• Ability to perform competitor analysis and create effective SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of local SEO optimization for location-based businesses.
• Content Marketing:
• Experience in content strategy, creation, and promotion for blogs, videos, and social media.
• Understanding of content optimization for SEO.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Hands-on experience with managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate engagement.
• Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
• Proficiency in managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and shopping ads).
• Experience with A/B testing and optimizing ad performance.
• Email Marketing:
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Skills in creating and tracking email campaigns.
• Web Analytics:
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager.
• Ability to generate and interpret data to improve campaign performance.

Technical SEO Expertise

• Knowledge of website auditing tools.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO optimization.
• Familiarity with website speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.

Other Essential Skills

• Communication Skills:
• Ability to coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, and developers.
• Strong client communication for campaign updates and reports.
• Analytical Thinking:
• Strong problem-solving skills to refine campaigns based on performance data.
• Project Management:
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

With these skills, the candidate will be equipped to handle the demands of a mid-level role in digital marketing and SEO.
