You will be responsible for evaluating business needs and enhancing efficiencies and capabilities by leveraging technology. This will involve automating and optimizing operational processes in alignment with the goal of enhancing overall analytics and business performance. Your primary tasks will include performing data analysis from various sources, creating reports and dashboards for data such as customer website journey analytics, lead performance analysis, digital and social campaign analytics, customer response analysis, and return on digital marketing investment analysis. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive reporting and tracking strategy to ensure optimal marketing campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience with visualization software such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, Qlikview, d3.js, and Quick Sight. Proficiency in working with large data sets, writing and executing SQL queries, reporting, data management, and data analytics is essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about analytics and data-driven marketing, possesses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be intellectually curious, eager to learn, and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence.
