We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a proven track record of driving results.

Job Description

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive student enrolment.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Create engaging and informative content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Manage social media presence and engage with online communities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage and maintain the marketing budget effectively.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or ed-tech industry.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research and implementation.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Experience with social media management and community engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
