Job Description

As an SEO Analyst, you ll play a key role in optimizing client websites for search performance, driving organic visibility, and crafting data-driven strategies that make brands shine across search engines. You ll work closely with our content, design, and performance teams to deliver high-impact SEO campaigns that align with client goals and the latest algorithm trends.
Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy Implementation
  • Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies tailored to each client s goals.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP analysis.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement technical recommendations and ensure SEO compliance.
2. On-Page Technical Optimization
  • Perform regular site audits and identify issues related to crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and page speed.
  • Ensure mobile-first optimization and schema markup implementation.
  • Work on CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.) to execute on-page improvements.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and web copy.
  • Identify trending keywords and content gaps to fuel growth-driven content strategies.
  • Provide content briefs that balance creativity with SEO best practices.
4. Off-Page Optimization
  • Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and digital PR strategies.
  • Identify link-building opportunities and partnerships to strengthen domain authority.
  • Monitor backlink health and manage toxic link disavowals.
  • 5. Analytics, Tracking Reporting
    • Monitor keyword performance, organic traffic, and conversions using Google Analytics and Search Console.
    • Generate detailed monthly reports with insights, trends, and growth recommendations.
    • Present performance data and actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
    6. Continuous Learning Innovation
    • Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO tools, and digital marketing trends.
    • Test and implement emerging SEO strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Share insights and best practices within the team to drive innovation and efficiency.
    Skills Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 2 years of hands-on SEO experience , preferably in a digital agency. on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines effectively.
