Job Description

Position: Senior Accounts Manager Head of Finance & Accounts

Qualification: Chartered Accountant

Location: Ludhiana (On-site, Full-Time)

Experience: 5–10+ years (preferably in manufacturing, trading, or similar industries)

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the Accounts Team
Ensure timely and accurate
bookkeeping & financial reporting
Monitor and manage
creditor & debtor payments
Handle
statutory compliances
: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, ROC filings
Ensure timely
tax payments & returns
Oversee
salary processing
for staff & workers
Monitor
cash flow
, working capital, and fund management
Prepare and compare
budget vs actuals
Support audits and liaise with external consultants, if needed

Key Skills:

Expertise in
ERP,

Tally, Excel, Taxation Laws, MCA Compliance
Leadership & team management
