Senior/Specialist ESW Application (C++ & Linux)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, documenting, and releasing software solutions according to a new Epic/Capability. You will work closely with the System Leaders/Functional Owners group to analyze and implement required specifications, develop Low-Level Design of the SW, provide technical guidance to the team, and breakdown new Capabilities onto features. Key Responsibilities: - Develop embedded code in C++ language from software requirement specifications, ensuring compliance with C++ standards (99, 11, 14, and 17). - Perform troubleshooting in Application SW, drivers, BSP, OS, middleware software. - Develop unit tests, test the software using various testing tools, and document the software code for release in the ECU. - Provide estimates for work packages, technically implement solutions, and suggest/implement improvements in the software development process/environment. - Work on a number of software components and competence areas, and adhere to predetermined work processes and standards. Qualifications Required: - Experience in embedded software development using C++. - Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English. - BE/M. Tech in CSE or Electronics or Electrical Engineering. - Experience working with continuous integration environment using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory. - Familiarity with Linux/QNX or any other Real-Time Operating System. - Knowledge of AUTOSAR and Vector tool chain (e.g., GENy, Candela Studio, Configurator Pro). - Understanding of CAN protocol (e.g., J1939), Canalyzer, CANOE, and ECU Diagnostics using ISO14229 UDS on CAN protocol. Additional Company Details: - Genuine interest in Vehicle Connectivity/Telematics for the Automotive domain is a plus. - Experience in Agile/SAFe way of working in software development is advantageous. - Proficiency in Microcontrollers (e.g., i.MX controllers and its variants). - Enjoy working in a Global Organisation with a diverse workforce.,
