Job Summary: As a Project Manager in our Data & Analytics team based in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for leading and delivering automotive projects centered around TCU (Telematics Control Unit), OTA (Over-the-Air updates), and CAN (Controller Area Network) technologies. We are looking for a candidate with a solid background in automotive systems, exceptional project management skills, and a strong commitment to fostering innovation in the automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be required to: - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. - Ensure timely and within scope execution of projects. - Lead cross-functional teams comprising hardware, software, and systems engineers to achieve project objectives. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal and external teams. - Offer expertise on TCU, OTA, and CAN-related aspects of projects. - Ensure seamless integration and functionality of telematics systems with other vehicle components. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams. - Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence to automotive industry standards and regulations. - Supervise testing and validation processes for TCU, OTA, and CAN implementations to uphold quality and performance standards. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Automotive, Electronics, or related field). - 5 to 8 years of project management experience in the automotive industry. - Proven expertise with TCU, Over-the-Air Updates (OTA), and CAN protocols. - Familiarity with automotive standards such as UDS and ECU Diagnostics. Skills and Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess: - Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, and Trello. - Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. - Certification in PMP or equivalent would be advantageous. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with EVs or connected vehicle technologies. - Knowledge of cloud platforms and IoT for automotive applications. - Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.,
