Senior/Lead Software Engineer (Python)

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the team responsible for creating and implementing high-performance, distributed, and scalable systems within the organization. Your primary focus will be on ensuring optimal website/app functionality, with a deep emphasis on databases, back-end logic, APIs, and overall architecture. Your responsibilities will encompass contributing to all facets of an agile software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and deployment. By writing efficient code, you will contribute to building cutting-edge scalable systems and push the boundaries of design and architecture for new product development. Collaboration with Front-end developers to merge user-facing elements with server-side logic will be essential, along with mentoring a small team of developers. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science engineering from reputed institutes. With a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in developing, designing, testing, and deploying applications on various backend technologies for large scale cloud-based platforms, you should also have at least 1 year of experience in mentoring or leading a team and managing projects end-to-end. A solid grasp of Data structures, algorithms, and system design, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities, is crucial. Proficiency in Python (preferred) along with Java, Golang, Node.Js, or ROR, is expected. Additionally, experience in database design encompassing SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) will be advantageous.,
