What You'll Dive Into: Innovate & Lead: Collaborate with a skilled, cross-functional team to design and build enterprise-grade solutions using advanced Java technologies and frameworks. Technical Excellence: Develop, execute, and maintain robust unit tests to deliver high-quality, reliable applications. Seamless Integration: Ensure smooth integration of complex technical and application components within enterprise environments. Adhere to Best Practices: Apply industry-leading methodologies, design standards, and coding principles to consistently deliver exceptional software solutions. Agile Champion: Work within an Agile ecosystem, contributing to fast-paced, iterative development cycles with a focus on continuous improvement and value delivery. What Were Looking For: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of strong, hands-on experience in Java back-end development, with deep expertise in Spring Boot and related enterprise frameworks. Proven experience working with Continuous Delivery principles and deployment tools such as Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker. Strong exposure to Microservices architecture, MonoRepos, and distributed systems. Solid grasp of Design Patterns, Architectural Best Practices, UML, and Application Design principles. Practical experience with NoSQL databases. Ability to write and maintain unit tests and REST API test cases effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and collaborative mindset. Good understanding of scalable system design and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services ( or similar components like API Gateway, Workflow Orchestration, and Serverless Applications ).
