Technical Requirements: Proficiency in JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 Hands-on experience with the MERN stack : MongoDB : CRUD operations, schema design, Mongoose ORM Express.js and Node.js : Backend logic, API development React.js : Component-based architecture, hooks, state management (Redux or Context API is a plus) Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs Familiarity with authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth2.0) Comfortable working with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (MySQL) databases Understanding of data modeling , joins , and writing optimized queries Working knowledge of responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab) Basic awareness of web security best practices (input validation, HTTPS, secure credential storage) Exposure to payment gateway integrations. Exposure to Agile/Scrum development process. Understanding of microservices architecture Familiarity with Docker , CI/CD pipelines , unit testing (Jest/Mocha), cloud platforms (AWS) and real-time features using WebSockets Roles & Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to develop and enhance core features of our application. Build responsive user interfaces using React.js . Develop RESTful APIs and backend logic using Node.js and Express . Work with SQL/NoSQL Database to design and manage application data. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging. Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices are followed.
