Job Description

Role Overview: Salesforce is seeking a highly accomplished and seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the charge in delivering transformative AI solutions for the most strategic clients. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing bespoke, complex solutions leveraging the Agentforce platform and cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve driving the technical vision, mentoring team members, and ensuring the successful delivery and optimization of mission-critical AI applications in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and Lead Transformative Solutions: Lead the architectural design and development of highly scalable, resilient, and performant production systems by strategically applying AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to create intelligent agents and automate workflows. - Master and Strategize Data Landscapes: Take ownership of complex data ecosystems, define data strategies, design data models, architect processing pipelines, and establish integration strategies for optimal data readiness. - Drive Agentforce Innovation and Thought Leadership: Become an expert in the Agentforce platform, develop intelligent agents, automate business processes, and craft effective user experiences. - Lead with an Entrepreneurial and Strategic Spirit: Operate with a proactive mindset, champion rapid prototyping, iterative development, and accelerated delivery of solutions. - Become a Trusted Strategic Partner: Work closely with client teams to understand their operational challenges, translate business needs into technical requirements, and foster strong relationships. - Ensure Seamless Deployment & Long-Term Optimization: Oversee deployment of solutions, monitor performance, identify optimizations, and ensure reliability and scalability. - Bridge Customer Needs and Product Evolution: Provide feedback to influence product enhancements and shape the strategic direction of the Agentforce platform. - Mentor and Grow Talent: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers within the team. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in delivering scalable production solutions. - Multiple Salesforce platform certifications. - Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex. - Expertise in AI/LLM technologies, data modeling, data processing, and Salesforce platform. - Entrepreneurial drive, strong focus on fast delivery, and exceptional communication skills. - Ability to travel as needed to customer sites.
