Job Description

Requirement

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
6+ years experience in related field preferred
Previous experience in Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) technical environments
Proven knowledge of warehouse operation processes and experienced in leading warehouse management system build efforts
Demonstrated experience with full life cycle, large scale projects implementations using SDLC and Agile methodology
Configuration/test/implement changes to MA WMS applications that will support and improve the processes.
Instruct users on the proper and efficient usage of the system(s)
Troubleshoot hardware and/or software applications malfunctions and errors, as well as user problems, resolving them or escalating as necessary.
Prepare written materials that document activities, events, systems, and architecture of WMS/ MAWM Systems.
Previous experience with testing automation is desirable
Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects
Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models.
Works on or may lead complex projects of large scope
Independently determines method for completion of new projects
