Senior/Lead Analyst - Digital Marketing - Analytics

QBurst is undergoing an exciting transformation and seeks a highly skilled professional to shape and execute analytics-driven marketing strategies for global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement analysis, consultation, and end-to-end analytics implementation across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics implementation and reporting align with business objectives
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measurement strategies to track progress toward marketing and business goals
• Build and manage advanced analytics dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, CRM systems, ad platforms, and marketing automation tools
• Monitor and analyze performance across digital channels to identify trends, derive insights, and provide actionable recommendations
• Deliver high-quality analytics audits, reports, and optimization strategies on time
• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests to drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Serve as a trusted advisor on analytics best practices, measurement frameworks, and emerging trends

Requirements:

• Analytics-certified professional with at least six years of experience in analytics and reporting
• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics/AEP, GTM, and GA4
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Heap, Mixpanel, or Firebase is a plus
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with experience working with and joining large, multi-source datasets
• Proficiency in creating client-ready dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of simplifying complex insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to operate as a thought leader, trusted advisor, and influencer with clients and stakeholders
• Meticulous attention to detail, with proven ability to deliver under deadlines
