Senior/Lead Analog Design Engineer (Audio Amplifier)

Role Overview: As an Analog Design Engineer in the Consumer Audio Amplifier Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art audio amplifiers. You are expected to have a strong understanding of analog circuit design and the ability to drive projects from concept to production. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with industry experts, develop cutting-edge analog and power semiconductor processes, and influence product features and cost entitlement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits from the signal chain domain to the high power domain. - Ensure that designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards. - Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology. - Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team. - Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems. - Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders. - Interface with customers and partners to understand requirements and provide technical support. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in electrical engineering or a related field. - 3-10 years of experience in Analog circuit design, with a focus on audio amplifiers (Signal Chain). - Strong knowledge of Analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and high-efficiency circuits. - Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in leading full chip activities like circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification, and design for test. - Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals, Understanding of DV flows & tools. - Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork.,
