Senior/Lead Analog Design Engineer (Audio Amplifier)

As an Analog Design Engineer in the Consumer Audio Amplifier Group, you will be responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art audio amplifiers. You will work with a team of experts in the industry, focusing on Audio CLASSD Amplifier with High-Voltage designs and precise current sensing. Your role will involve managing and leading product development, developing circuits, and influencing decisions that impact various products and teams. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge analog and power semiconductor processes, interact with wafer fabrication facilities, and learn about product development processes, qualification, and manufacturing flows. Additionally, your role will involve presenting analysis and conclusions to internal customers and business leaders in a comprehensive manner, driving open discussions with business and technology leaders, and building strong relationships with domain experts. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and development of high-performance analog circuits across signal chain and high power domains, ensuring designs meet specified performance and reliability standards, conducting design reviews, and providing technical guidance to team members. You will be expected to stay updated with advancements in analog design and audio technology, encourage innovation within the team, and continuously improve design processes and methodologies. Collaboration with other engineering teams, communication of project status to senior management and stakeholders, and interfacing with customers and partners will also be part of your role. The qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, along with 3-10 years of experience in Analog circuit design, specifically focusing on audio amplifiers in the Signal Chain domain. You should have a strong knowledge of Analog design principles, proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in leading full chip activities, basic digital design fundamentals, understanding of DV flows and tools, as well as mentoring, communication, presentation skills, and teamwork are also essential for this role.,
