Job Description

Role & responsibilities 5+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 2+ years working with Workato. Strong expertise in Workato recipe development, API management, webhook integration, and custom connector development. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and cloud-based application integrations. Experience with enterprise SaaS applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and other ERP/CRM systems. Knowledge of Workato security best practices, governance policies, and error-handling mechanisms. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Workato certification(s) or equivalent hands-on experience in Workato enterprise projects. Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby for advanced automation needs. Familiarity with data transformation, ETL processes, and event-driven architecture. Experience working in a mission-driven organization or a passion for social impact.
