You will be a key member of our Pune team, collaborating with clients and internal teams to create memorable online platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - **AI-Driven Development:** Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to enhance speed and efficiency while maintaining code quality. - **Build:** Develop pixel-perfect, responsive websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. - **Extend:** Integrate third-party libraries, REST APIs, and headless CMS configurations through Webflow's custom code embeds. - **Optimize:** Implement SEO best practices, semantic HTML, and performance tuning in all development tasks. - **Collaborate:** Work closely with designers, project leads, and clients to align with business objectives effectively. - **Own:** Take complete ownership of projects from planning to delivery, demonstrating autonomy and accountability. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of web development experience. - Profound expertise in Webflow, including CMS, Interactions, Animations, E-commerce, Symbols, and Layouts. - Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), semantic HTML, and CSS (Flexbox, Grid, media queries). - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and tools like Zapier, Airtable. - Experience in embedding and managing custom code within Webflow. - Demonstrated use of AI tools in design and development workflows. - Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills.
