What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing, developing, and maintaining websites primarily on
WordPress
Writing clean, structured code using
PHP
,
HTML
,
CSS
, and
JavaScript
Creating and customizing themes and plugins based on customer requirements
Handling
multiple customer projects
, understanding their needs directly, and delivering solutions on time
Optimizing website speed, performance, and addressing technical issues
Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
Mentoring junior team members and guiding them when required
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for successful delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 4 years
of experience in WordPress development (custom themes, plugins, integrations)
Strong command of
PHP
and front-end technologies (
HTML/CSS/JS
)
Proven ability to
manage multiple clients/projects
simultaneously
Strong communication skills – able to speak with clients directly, understand business needs, and offer solutions
Self-motivated with a sense of ownership and accountability
Capable of managing tasks and team coordination independently

Shopify
Familiarity with e-commerce flows and SEO best practices
