Refill drinks, replace cutlery, and respond to additional requests throughout the meal. Customer Service: Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience and check on them during the meal. Address any issues or complaints politely and involve a supervisor if necessary. Handling Payments: Present the bill to the guests and handle payments (cash, credit card, mobile payments). Return change or receipts and thank the guests for dining. Setting Up and Cleaning: Prepare tables before service with appropriate cutlery, napkins, and glassware. Clean tables after guests leave, resetting them for the next seating. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, ensuring a tidy and organized space.
