What You’ll Do

• Conceptualize & Pitch

  : Crack fresh video concepts, formats, and campaign ideas for clients across industries, rooted in employer branding storytelling.

• Client Partner

  : Be the primary point of contact for clients across briefing, scripting, production, and delivery.

• Script & Storytelling

  : Write treatments, concepts, and scripts that translate business objectives into engaging narratives.

• On-Set Direction

  : Direct employees and talent on set, ensuring comfort, authenticity, and strong performance delivery.

• Formats & Innovation

  : Work across formats—piece-to-camera, personal features, scripted corporate films, social-first reels—and explore new ones.

• Campaign Execution

  : Oversee projects from start to finish, balancing creative quality with timelines and budgets.

• Experiment & Elevate

  : Bring new storytelling techniques, formats, and creative experiments to the studio as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years

  of experience as a creative producer / video director / writer in advertising, media, production houses, or branded content studios.
• A

  proven portfolio

  that demonstrates strong concept and script-writing abilities.
• Hands-on experience in scripting and direction (editing skills are a plus).
• Ability to direct non-actors (employees, leaders, teams) with empathy and clarity.
• Strong understanding of the difference between a

  concept note, treatment note, and script

  —and when each is required.
• Comfort with employer branding as a space, and the ability to humanize corporate storytelling.

Bonus Points If You Have

• A film school or creative writing background.
• Prior experience in advertising agencies, content studios, or media houses.
• Editing chops that allow you to cut together solid videos independently.

• Producers who only “manage” production pipelines.
• Those who direct or edit only “when needed” but don’t feel confident doing so.
• Professionals who are primarily post-production managers without scripting/directing experience.
