Senior Video Editor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will excel in editing both short-format content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) and long-format storytelling (films, branded content, talk shows, documentaries). This role demands technical expertise, a sharp storytelling sense, creativity, and an up-to-date understanding of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Handle long-format content including branded films, interviews, web series, and talk shows.
• Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to bring concepts to life.
• Apply industry-standard editing techniques, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
• Optimize content for various platforms and target audience segments.
• Stay current with the latest editing trends, styles, and tools to keep content fresh and innovative.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring deadlines are met.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Expertise in color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
• Demonstrated experience editing social media content with a track record of high-performing/viral videos.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form editing work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with creative teams.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in film production houses, creative agencies, or digital content studios.
• Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and social media marketing principles.
