Working closely with the Business Development Head and founders, this leader will craft compelling narratives from the studios content offerings, design pitch-aligned campaigns, manage digital communications, and position WalkTalk as a premium media and production house. This role is key to generating inbound interest, supporting outbound sales, and turning creative reputation into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Translate founders’ and business team vision into public-facing brand stories and marketing assets. Create brochures, lookbooks, reels, presentations, and brand kits for the content portfolio. Support Business Development Head with tailored decks, case studies, and corporate proposals. Drive awareness campaigns for branded documentaries, melodramatic films, and influencer series. Lead content marketing strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts. Design market-specific campaigns targeting wellness, real estate, government, hospitality, and CSR sectors. Coordinate with design, production, and social media vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—visual, verbal, and strategic. Required Experience & Attributes: 6–10 years of marketing experience in content studios, ad agencies, or media platforms. Creative thinker with strong understanding of branded content and production workflows. Skilled in brand positioning, presentation design, content writing, and storytelling. Experience managing teams or vendors in content-driven organizations preferred.

Senior Sales Executives will be the frontline hunters converting business opportunities in branded content production, sponsored storytelling, studio services, and CSR-aligned short films. Reporting to the Business Development Head and collaborating with Marketing, these professionals will deliver consistent monthly revenue and cultivate long-term partnerships in government, corporate, and HNI segments. Key Responsibilities: Generate business from corporates, government bodies, institutions, wellness centers, luxury hotels, universities, and hospitals. Target influencers and HNI families for custom content packages, legacy films, and storytelling projects. Manage meetings and end-to-end pitching for branded storytelling, podcasts, and influencer films. Maintain and grow CRM-based lead pipelines, follow-ups, and sales closures. Collaborate on proposal development with marketing and BD teams. Meet quarterly revenue targets with weekly business reporting. Identify public tenders, CSR funds, and agency partnerships for content procurement. Represent WalkTalk Studios at expos, summits, and industry events. Required Experience & Attributes: 5- 10 years experience in advertising, media sales, or content marketing sales. This is a leadership role at the intersection of media, branded content, influencer shows, and premium storytelling. As the face of WalkTalks revenue engine, youll be responsible for acquiring high-value clients, designing go-to-market strategies, and creating new business verticalsincluding short melodramatic films, branded content IPs, influencer-based programming, and custom storytelling services for corporates, foundations, and tourism boards. Core Responsibilities: Lead B2B acquisition from corporates, CSR foundations, tourism boards, HNIs, hospitals, wellness brands, and real estate firms. Bring an existing portfolio of relationships to establish immediate revenue pipelines upon joining. Design and execute monetization strategies for WalkTalks offerings: branded films, audio-video storytelling, podcasts, and live productions. Personally pitch to C-suite executives, brand heads, family offices, and agency partners. Develop branded content collaborations across key sectors: real estate, fintech, hospitality, healthcare, education, and automotive. Target HNIs for estate documentaries, legacy storytelling, and wellness-based visual/audio content. Oversee marketing and sales functions, mentoring a team of cross-functional leaders. Respond to corporate RFPs, lead government empanelment efforts, and manage partnerships with agencies and OTT platforms. Build and manage a scalable lead-generation and CRM-driven business acquisition framework. Drive proposal development, pricing strategies, deal closures, and client onboarding. Required Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships in media, production, advertising, or content-driven organizations. Proven track record of closing high-value branded content, corporate campaigns, and sponsorship deals. Experience dealing with CSR bodies, tourism boards, OTT platforms , or HNIs/NRI clients is highly preferred. Strong leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, and sales.
