Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging video content that aligns with Vedantus brand voice and campaign strategy
• Collaborate with producers, copywriters, designers, and social media managers to bring creative concepts to life
• Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, graphics, and finishing
• Create platform-specific adaptations of video assets (YouTube, Instagram, ads, offline/event screens)
• Stay up-to-date with video trends, editing techniques, and AI post-production tools
• Ensure high-quality storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency across all outputs.
• Organize and manage video assets, maintaining process hygiene and delivery timelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in video post-production and motion graphics design, preferably in EdTech, Media Production, or Advertising
• Strong portfolio showcasing campaign videos, social media edits, and branded content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams and translate briefs into impactful edits
• Proficiency in AI video/audio editing tools (VEO3, Runway, Kling, Eleven Labs, Synthesiam HeyGen etc.) to enhance efficiency and creativity
• Strong sense of pacing, music sync, transitions, and visual storytelling

Good to Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Multimedia, Filmmaking, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of multimedia production technologies and/or sound mixing Passion for creativity, free imagination, and curiosity to transform education through storytelling
