Role Overview We are seeking a VFX &/or Simulation Artist who specializes in realistic and stylized water, cloth, and hair simulations . You’ll be working closely with our animation and lighting teams to create physically accurate yet artistically appealing simulations for our projects. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality water, cloth, and hair simulations for animated scenes. Collaborate with animators, modelers, and lighting artists to integrate simulations seamlessly into production. Optimize simulation setups for performance without compromising visual fidelity. Work on both realistic and stylized effects to suit different project styles. Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges in simulation pipelines. Requirements Strong proficiency in Blender and/or Houdini (experience in both is a plus). Proven portfolio demonstrating water, cloth, and hair simulation work. Solid understanding of physics-based simulation principles. Ability to work within production deadlines and adapt to different art directions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Nice-to-Have Experience with particle simulations, smoke, and fire FX. Familiarity with render engines like Cycles, Eevee, or Redshift. Knowledge of pipeline tools and scripting (Python, VEX, etc.).
