Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Video Editor with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing and a passion for creating compelling learning resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Edit a diverse range of greenscreen video projects, including corporate messaging, learning and educational resources, and videocasts.
Ensure all video content aligns with GEDU's brand guidelines and maintains high production standards.
Conceptualize, create, and deliver engaging video content tailored for GEDU's various brand channels, including webinar platforms.
Edit and enhance video content to maximize its visual impact and audience engagement.
Customize and optimize video assets to meet specific channel requirements, ensuring the best format and resolution for final output.
Repurpose long-form video content into concise, engaging formats suitable for social media.
Manage the archiving and backup of video projects for easy retrieval and future use.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative video concepts that support GEDU's strategic goals.
Incorporate motion graphics and animations to visualize learning and create compelling content.
Conduct post-production tasks, including color grading, sound design, and mastering, to ensure polished final outputs.
Stay updated on trends in video production and implement new techniques to improve content quality.

Job Requirements

Extensive professional video editing experience, preferably in a creative agency, media production house, or in-house brand team.
Expertise in editing, grading, sound design, and integrating motion graphics to create high-quality video content.
Proficiency in managing and organizing digital assets efficiently.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition.
Strong understanding of video compression, optimization for web video, and working with various formats and resolutions.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and deliver polished assets within tight deadlines while managing multiple projects.
A degree in Videography or a related discipline is beneficial but not mandatory.
Familiarity with the Higher Education (HE) sector and student recruitment processes is a plus but not essential.
AI Tools Integration: Post-production workflows.
Deliver visually compelling, on-brand video and photo content that meets GEDUs quality standards and enhances audience engagement.
Adapt content for diverse platforms and audiences, maximizing the impact of video assets across GEDUs digital channels and webinars.
Manage video editing projects efficiently, ensuring files are backed up, organized, and archived in accordance with GEDUs digital asset management protocols.
