Senior Video Editor and Content Creator

About the Role:

We’re building one of India’s fastest-growing e-commerce education and personal branding ecosystems. Content is our engine of growth, and we’re looking for a Senior Video Editor & Content Creator who can own the short-form content game for Ishan Suri’s personal brand and Ecom Edge.

Your job? Create world-class, engaging reels, shorts, and video content that sets the tone for the industry. If you live and breathe editing, understand internet culture, and know how to stop the scroll — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility:

• Edit high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) for Ishan Suri’s personal brand and Ecom Edge.
• Ensure all edits are on-brand with guidelines, style, and tone.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Source high-definition clips (from our library, stock platforms, or internet) to build engaging edits.
• Track trends: Stay on top of trending audio, editing styles, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Script support: Assist in creating scripts/storyboards for short-form content.
• Creative direction: Brainstorm and experiment with new video ideas, ad creatives, and unique hooks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media and brand teams to translate customer insights and product features into engaging content.
• YouTube Content: Create/edit YouTube videos, including thumbnails and motion graphics, with a strong eye for CTR optimization.

Who You Are:

• A senior-level video editor with strong command over short-form editing (fast cuts, captions, memes, storytelling, pacing).
• Obsessed with internet culture — you know exactly what’s trending and how to ride the wave before it peaks.
• Proficient in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut Pro or equivalent).
• Strong sense of aesthetic and brand guidelines — you know how to make content look premium.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable experimenting with new formats.
• Able to work independently without micromanagement but also thrive in a team setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
