Key Deliverables:

Drive end-to-end user research and translate insights into actionable design specifications
Develop personas, user journeys, prototypes, and interaction models to guide product design
Lead and facilitate workshops, design reviews, and collaborative ceremonies
Mentor junior researchers and designers to uplift team capability and design maturity

Role Responsibilities:

Partner with product and engineering teams to align user needs with business goals
Apply creative problem-solving for complex research and design challenges
Advocate for and contribute to the evolution of Tesco's design system
Continuously enhance design processes and champion user-centric approaches
