Senior UX Designer Surat (Full-Time, On-Site) Were looking for a mid-level UI/UX designer based in Surat who’s a Figma wizard with a strong portfolio and a versatile skill set. If you love turning complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces and enjoy working closely with developers and users, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do: Own the UI/UX design process for two key products: A large-scale ERP system across commercial, finance, and manufacturing modules (complete redesign from scratch) Our existing B2B website and mobile app – kgkdiamonds.com – for design improvements and enhancements Ensure quality control of designs during developer implementation Conduct user interviews with internal stakeholders and occasionally customers to inform design decisions Apply and extend existing design principles to new ERP components Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business) to iterate fast and ship clean Design graphics for Instagram posts, emails, and WhatsApp creatives Work with a videographer to create compelling video content (short-form and basic edits) for product launches, social media, and internal storytelling Work with the marketing and product teams to align content with launch goals What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design Expert-level Figma skills (component systems, prototyping, collaboration tools) Strong portfolio showcasing B2B products, dashboards, or ERP systems Eye for detail and ability to manage end-to-end design execution Comfort working with developers for design QA Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools Basic video editing skills (Reels, promo videos, product walkthroughs) Proactive communicator who can work independently Based in Surat or open to relocating Bonus (Not Required): Experience designing enterprise software or ERP systems Familiarity with design systems and responsive design best practices Basic understanding of front-end development About Us: We’re a tech team within a global diamond business, working on modernizing internal workflows and creating smooth digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise software.
