Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and close candidates on

    W2, C2C, and 1099

  • Strong understanding of

    (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
  • Manage

    full recruitment cycle

  • Use

    Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Naukri

    and other job portals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of

    US tax terms and compliance
