Senior UI/UX Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining the team at Betaque in Indore as a highly creative UI/UX Developer with strong motion graphics skills. Your role will involve combining interaction design, front-end development, and motion storytelling to create intuitive, beautiful, and dynamic user experiences on web platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging UI/UX for web applications with a user-centered design approach. - Translate complex ideas into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. - Utilize motion graphics and animations to enhance product interactivity and storytelling. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement visually appealing designs. - Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the user experience. - Maintain a consistent design language across all products. - Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio in web and motion design projects. - Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for UI design. - Expertise in motion graphics using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle. - Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for prototyping and front-end collaboration. - Experience in creating animations that improve usability and engagement while ensuring performance. - Attention to detail and a dedication to pixel-perfect execution.
