Job Description

React.js Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead
UI development
using React.js with Redux to ensure responsiveness and performance.
Mentor and guide junior developers in front-end best practices.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications.
Collaborate with UX designers and backend teams for API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML).
Optimize applications for scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and maximum speed.
Ensure adherence to code quality, performance, and security standards (OWASP).
Debug and resolve issues across multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE).
Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and implement POCs.
Refactor and maintain existing JavaScript/React codebases.

Technical Skills Must Have

8+ years of web application development experience.
Strong expertise in
React.js, Redux, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
Proficiency in
HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, DHTML, JSON, XML.
Strong knowledge of
responsive design
and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience with
RESTful/SOAP APIs
and backend integration.
Hands-on with
DOM manipulation, JS object model, and performance optimization.
Familiarity with debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Firefox Debugger).
Experience leading UI projects and mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have

Exposure to
Angular/Vue.js
or other front-end frameworks.
Knowledge of
Webpack, Grunt, or similar build tools.
Experience with
ARIA/Accessibility (ADA) standards.
Familiarity with
JSP/XHTML, OWASP security practices.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
