Role Overview

As a UI Developer , you will be a key member of an agile team comprising software engineers, QA and development managers, and cloud operations/customer success leads. Your primary responsibility will be designing and developing responsive, high-quality web interfaces for our cloud-based customer experience platform.

• Design and structure web pages to ensure an optimal and seamless user experience.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions align with user experience goals.

• Develop intuitive, visually appealing, and high-performance features.

• Maintain a balance between functional usability and aesthetic design.

• Ensure responsive and adaptive web design across devices (smartphones, tablets, and desktops).

• Write reusable, clean, and maintainable code to support future development.

• Optimize web pages for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.

• Work with various markup languages and frameworks to deliver efficient web solutions.

• Maintain brand consistency across all UI components and interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related field from a reputed institution.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular .

• Proven experience in responsive and adaptive web design .

• Knowledge of SEO best practices related to web development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively within an agile, collaborative environment.

• 5-7 years of professional experience in UI development .
