Senior UI Designer

As a creative designer at Publicis Sapient, you will be at the forefront of avant-garde, creative work. Your role will involve producing elegantly simple user experiences, focusing more on the "Why" than the "How", and delivering user-centric solutions using design tools and guidelines while meeting accessibility standards. You will be responsible for designing interfaces for web and mobile applications on multiple platforms, telling compelling stories through design, and embracing innovation in design, development, and implementation. **Key Responsibilities:** - End-to-end design of interfaces, managing the entire development process with proficiency in executing design systems and crafting detailed UI design style guides. - Conduct brand research, create brand architecture, conduct stakeholder interviews and user surveys, develop user personas, and perform competitor analysis to inform design strategies. - Evaluate and rationalize design solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's vision, business context, and project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Cultivate strong relationships to implement cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed user experiences. - Demonstrate consulting skills to provide cohesive, customizable design recommendations to clients. - Offer insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams, focusing on effective storytelling. - Actively pursue professional development and engage in design seminars. - Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, fostering effective collaboration. - Comprehend stakeholder requirements and work collaboratively to meet project objectives. **Qualifications:** - 7-12 years of experience in creating user interfaces for products and services. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Excellent team player with good communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly. - Innovative creator with the ability to conceptualize and execute designs through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes. - Extensive knowledge of UI/UX principles and techniques, capable of creating designs with an existing style guide or developing design systems from scratch. **Set Yourself Apart With:** - Self-starter with an inquisitive mind and multitasking abilities. - Design Degree or a Diploma from a Design college (Graduation in any field is a must).
