Description
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. Lead the implementation of Tosca automation frameworks across multiple projects. Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand testing requirements. Conduct test planning, scripting, execution, and reporting for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on Tosca best practices. Integrate Tosca with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git). Create and maintain test data and test environments. Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts, test data, and Tosca configurations. Continuously improve test coverage, test strategy, and automation processes. Ensure compliance with software quality standards and regulatory requirements. Skills Must have Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca. Deep understanding of Tosca Modules, Test Cases, Test Data Management, and Execution Lists. Experience with Tosca integrations (e.g., qTest, Jira, Jenkins). Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Automation Specialist 1 & 2, Test Design Specialist). Experience in API, database, or performance testing. Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript) is a plus. Exposure to testing the mainframe application is an added advantage.
