Job Description

As a Senior Tricentis Tosca Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading test automation initiatives using the Tricentis Tosca platform. Your extensive experience in test automation, coupled with a solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality software delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca. - Lead the implementation of Tosca automation frameworks across multiple projects. - Collaborate with QA analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to understand testing requirements. - Conduct test planning, scripting, execution, and reporting for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing. - Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on Tosca best practices. - Integrate Tosca with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git). - Create and maintain test data and test environments. - Troubleshoot issues related to automation scripts, test data, and Tosca configurations. - Continuously improve test coverage, test strategy, and automation processes. - Ensure compliance with software quality standards and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in software testing with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca. - Deep understanding of Tosca Modules, Test Cases, Test Data Management, and Execution Lists. - Experience with Tosca integrations (e.g., qTest, Jira, Jenkins). - Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. In addition to the required qualifications, the following preferred qualifications are desirable: - Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Automation Specialist 1 & 2, Test Design Specialist). - Experience in API, database, or performance testing. - Exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications. - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript) is a plus. - Exposure to testing the mainframe application is an added advantage.
