Job Description

Role Overview: As a Travel Sales Consultant at Tripoclan Travel, your primary responsibility will be to sell domestic and international tour packages to individual and corporate clients. You will provide detailed information about tour itineraries, pricing, and travel documentation to ensure that clients have all the necessary information to make informed decisions. Handling inbound inquiries and following up on sales leads via phone and email will also be a crucial part of your role. By understanding client preferences, you will be able to customize packages based on their needs and budget, offering them tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Collaborating with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, and airlines to secure bookings will be essential in ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences for our clients. Additionally, maintaining and updating customer databases, as well as managing follow-up processes, will help in building and retaining long-term relationships with our customers. Meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets and contributing to overall team goals will be key performance indicators in this role. Staying up-to-date with travel trends, new destinations, and product offerings will also be important to provide clients with the latest and most relevant travel options.
