Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Travel Consultant / Assistant Manager - Operations based in Gurugram. The role involves managing travel arrangements, providing comprehensive travel consulting services, handling reservations, and ensuring superior customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing travel processes and solutions, maintaining strong client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the travel management function.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of Amadeus for selling flight International flight tickets, handling reissuance and refunds on GDS
• Experience in handling Reservations and providing comprehensive Customer Service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with travel booking systems and tools is advantageous
• A bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in travel, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
