Senior Training And Development Specialist

As a Professional Trainer or Software Developer with 7-10 years of experience in the IT industry, your role will involve conducting regular trainings for internal staff & clients on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, as well as technologies like C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, and JQuery. You will be responsible for evaluating staff performance, developing training plans, creating training materials, and providing regular reports on completed/ongoing/planned training. Additionally, you will prepare a learning path for developers on Sagitec Products and work on continuous improvement in the training process. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular trainings on Sagitec's No Code / Low Code Platforms, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, and other technologies - Evaluate staff performance on an ongoing basis - Develop training plans in collaboration with Project delivery teams - Create training materials and provide regular reports on training progress - Prepare a learning path for developers on Sagitec Products - Focus on continuous improvement in the training process Qualifications Required: - BE (CS) or MCA or MCS educational background - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in C# or Java & J2EE, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery - Experience in any No Code / Low Code Platform is a plus - Excellent communication skills, teaching ability, courseware design skills, and quick adaptation to new technologies and tools - Detail-oriented with expertise in C# & .Net or Java, Java EE, Net Bean, Spring framework - Proven success in training candidates on the latest technology versions - Ability to work on small applications using Sagitec Products - Demonstrated success in team-oriented environments,
