Role Overview: As a Senior Ticketing Executive at Explera Vacations Private Limited, your role will involve handling end-to-end ticketing operations using Amadeus GDS. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate bookings, smooth reservation management, and providing premium customer service. This full-time position is based at the Surat office, where you will play a crucial role in managing international and domestic flight bookings. Key Responsibility: - Manage international and domestic flight bookings using Amadeus GDS. - Issue, reissue, revalidate, and process refunds following airline guidelines. - Conduct fare searches, understand fare rules, calculate fares, and allocate seats. - Prepare and verify PNRs, queues, SSR, OSI, and other GDS functions. - Ensure accurate issuance of tickets, EMDs, and ancillary services. - Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally. - Provide precise travel information, suggest routing options, and assist with itinerary planning. - Resolve booking issues, flight disruptions, and schedule changes effectively. - Maintain relationships with corporate and retail clients to encourage repeat business. - Coordinate with airlines for fare disputes, waiver requests, and ticketing authorizations. - Uphold proper documentation practices and follow company SOPs. - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume ticketing environment by working efficiently. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in airline ticketing is mandatory. - Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus GDS and a strong command of CRS/GDS systems. - Deep understanding of airfare rules, ticketing processes, and airline policies. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset. - Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines consistently. - Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable. - Certification in Amadeus/GDS will be considered an added advantage.
