Senior Ticketing Agent

As a Senior Ticketing Agent at Mice Globals in Jaipur, you will be responsible for managing domestic & international flight bookings, coordinating with clients and airlines, handling customer support inquiries, processing refunds and reissues, keeping accurate records, and staying updated on airline rules and policies. You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Bonus points if you have knowledge of visas & travel documentation. This is a full-time, permanent role in the Travel and Tourism industry, requiring you to work from the office.
