Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior TIBCO Engineer with 7-10 years of overall experience and at least 4 years of strong expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x (Container Edition).
The candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade integration solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and security in hybrid and cloud environments.
This role requires hands-on experience with TIBCO BWCE, Docker, and Kubernetes, along with working knowledge of AWS (EKS/ECS) or Azure (AKS/App Service) runtime services.
The ideal professional should be capable of optimizing TIBCO applications, integrating CI/CD pipelines, migrating legacy integrations to containerized architectures, and mentoring junior team members.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep), and secure integration patterns (OAuth, SSL/TLS) is highly desirable.
Immediate to 10-day joiners preferred.
