As a Senior Therapy Executive at Intas Pharmaceuticals, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the new product pipeline, launch, and growth. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing new product pipeline strategy, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies, as well as new initiatives for product growth - Providing training, product knowledge, and direction to the field sales team to enhance their scientific and communication skills - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like medical affairs, learning and development, and R&D in the process - Creating brand plans and strategies for the product range, including market penetration and competitor analysis - Conducting SWOT analysis of the product line to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats - Guiding the sales team to capitalize on opportunities and drive product sales growth - Generating brand inputs for promotion and organizing CMEs - Ensuring brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals - Motivating sales team members through training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs - Being open to fieldwork and travel up to 30% To be considered for this role, you should have: - Graduated/Post Graduated from Pharma + MBA - 2-7 years of experience in therapy wise Respiratory and Acute - Experience in Brand Building, Market Strategy, and Product Launching - Product Management experience pan India - Excellent Communication Skills Intas Pharmaceuticals is committed to attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry.
