Your future duties and responsibilities:

Technical & Behavioral CompetenciesPrimary Should have good hands-on experience in Selenium with any programming language (MUST TO HAVE)

Should have good communication skillsSecondary Should have good knowledge in Test Management Tools HP ALM, JIRA and TFS NICE to have experience in areas of API or Mobile Test Automation Direct Responsibilities Should have minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in selenium test automation with any programming languages (Java/Python)
Should be able to support design and maintenance of automation test framework Should be able to support automation test design, maintenance, execution, and analysis of test report
Document Test results and follow-up with development team for resolving issues
Should be able to perform all testing related activities in the project
Should be able to drive new initiatives in test automation
Should have knowledge in any test management tools (ALM/JIRA/TFS)
Should have knowledge in any GIT repositories for source code management
Ability to work within tight deadlines
Must have good analytical skills
Good to have test automation skills in API or Mobile
Contributing Responsibilities Communication with Onshore Providing regular status update to team lead and onshore during daily calls Highlighting issues Maintain quality of deliverable Teamwork Quick resolution to any automation testing related issues
