SENIOR TENDER EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Tender Executive to manage and oversee the entire tendering process - from identifying relevant tenders to preparing documentation, submitting bids, and following up on results.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in tendering, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full tender life cycle - search, evaluation, documentation, submission, and post-submission follow-ups
• Prepare, review, and organize tender documents as per requirements and deadlines
• Upload tenders and maintain documentation on government and private e-portals (GeM, CPP, etc.)
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Accounts teams for timely data and approvals
• Ensure all terms, conditions, and specifications are met in every submission
• Maintain and update tender status reports and MIS
• Track renewal opportunities and upcoming bids
• Contribute to process improvement and help train junior team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in tendering
• Strong knowledge of e-tender portals and online submission procedures
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
