Senior Telesales Specialist(Female)

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Female Sr Telesales Specialist(USA Divison) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer interaction. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or knowledge of the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés/Catering) industry.

Work Location: RemoteShift timing: 6:30PM to 3:30AM ISTWorkdays: Monday to Saturday(1st 6 months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, especially related to the HORECA sector.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing and networking efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales or direct sales, preferably in B2B or the HORECA sector.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to close sales over the phone and handle objections confidently.
• Strong customer-centric approach and persuasive selling techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the HORECA industry (products, buying behavior, key decision makers) is a strong advantage

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
