Job Description: We are looking for a Telecaller (Telepatient Advisor) to connect with potential patients and guide them to visit AK Clinics Pvt Ltd. If you have excellent communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, and a knack for sales, this is for you! What You’ll Do: Handle inbound & outbound calls, converting leads into clinic visits Maintain and update patient records in CRM Provide accurate info about services & address queries Follow up with potential patients for seamless engagement What We Need: Strong English communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel & CRM software Sales or counseling experience (Freshers welcome!)
