Job Description:

Akshita Infra is looking for an experienced Telecaller with a strong background in real estate sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be confident in explaining plotting ventures, high-rise residential projects and villa projects to potential customers, handling inquiries, and converting leads into site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential buyers over calls, explain project details, and address their queries.
Convert leads into site visits by effectively communicating the USPs of our projects.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer meetings and closures.
Provide timely updates on lead status and customer feedback.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in real estate telecalling.
Strong knowledge of plotting, high-rise residential projects and villa projects.
Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and build rapport.
