Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tele Sales Executive located in Thrissur . The Senior Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, generate new leads through raferrels and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound sales calls, following up on leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining a detailed sales database. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing product information, and collaborating with the marketing and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telephonic sales, outbound calling, and account management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems
• Customer relationship management and client service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
