Senior Technology Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Technology Business Analyst, your main responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders in the Cards Retail Banking domain, specifically with VisionPlus and/or P1C platforms. You will be required to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements, and design and deliver high-quality solutions that support card processing systems. Your experience in leading teams in Agile and traditional environments will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. - Analyze business problems and assess solution impacts across systems and operations. - Document scope, objectives, and benefits using structured modeling techniques. - Lead strategic planning and contribute to technology direction for card systems. - Design and deliver business solutions integrated with VisionPlus and/or P1C. - Support implementation, testing, and user acceptance of new products and features. - Facilitate workshops and lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery phases. - Develop and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint goals. - Apply SQL to support data-driven feature prioritization and decision-making. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail Banking or Cards Domain. - Hands-on experience with VisionPlus and/or P1C card processing platforms. - Strong skills in requirement elicitation, process mapping, or solution design. - Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. - Solid understanding of Agile (e.g., LEAN, Kanban) and traditional methodologies. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA for Agile project tracking. - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all levels. - Experience in managing teams and driving delivery outcomes. - Knowledge of business process re-engineering, data analysis, and change management.,
